Woahhh! This is...Just beautiful! The tones in the fur that match the aroura but still accent the stunning white that make the bears stand out against the dark background, the intelligence in the mother's eyes and the curiousity in her cub's, and the light from the rays themselves are all beautiful! You captured this moment wonderfully, and leaving it to the viewer's imagination really leaves it open for many different interpretations! The brown makes the fur seem so realistic, and the moment I saw it I did think "golden Compass" XD But it works for what's intended as well! Wonderful job, most definitely, and keep up the fantastic work. *0* I've always been amazed by your painting ability.

Dang. That's really beautiful, Kat.

I kind of want to jump into it and hug the bears--but they might bite.

Gorgeous as usual, I love the tones you put into the polar bear fur, how they naturally aren't completely white! And of course beautiful aurora. :)

This works so well. I love that movie and I'm so disappointed that it's doing so poorly in the theaters. Good work.
