The Hunt II

A continuation of my senior thesis on motion in a static painting (I'm eventually going to combine painting and animation). My critiques on my thesis so far were mainly on my color choices, so I decided to go back to my favorite medium, watercolor, and go crazy BD. I wanted to use a storybook illustration "kitsch" style here too to disarm the viewer as to what to expect in terms of content (aka, not a snarling wolf killing an elk...)

Also...it's inspired by a conversation about sparklewolves I had in RL with *FlannMoriath who i got to meet at last in RL! lmao
